We hope you'll be happy with your purchase however if it just isn't right, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, this applies to online purchases only

- Sale goods (items purchased from our sale collection) can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For hygiene reasons jewellery can not be returned.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your return.
- All goods will be inspected when they reach our warehouse.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we reccommend using Hermes. Please ensure they are securely packaged as we can not take responsibility for loss or damage.
- We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.
- Your original order confirmation should be enclosed with your return. This will speed up your refund.
- If an item has been returned in an unsuitable condition a refund will not be processed.
- Goods should be returned packaged with all tags attached. Footwear should be in its original box.
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.
